Forensic Analytics Inc.
Our founder, Byron Charbonneau, is a retired member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) with a distinguished career in Forensic Collision Reconstruction and Forensic Mapping.
As an accomplished Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS/Drone) pilot, he managed the RCMP RPAS program in Manitoba for five years before retiring. His expertise earned him the Province of Manitoba Excellence in Law Enforcement award for his contributions to unmanned aerial vehicle operations. Byron has travelled extensively, built a vast network across North America and Europe, and has been a guest speaker at The Commercial UAV Show in London, UK.
Integrity has always been at the core of his values—both in law enforcement and civilian life. He believes in being a responsible community steward and instilling those values in others. His focus is never on himself but on the commitment to those he serves.
Byron thrives on problem-solving and getting to the root of an issue. He refuses to settle for "good enough" and works to bring out the best in those around him. He firmly believes that true innovation comes from active listening and analytical thinking, while collaboration turns great ideas into reality.
